Hi
Eloquence is usually the default voice, but it is possible that somehow
through the installation process one might accidentally mark that they don't
want it installed. Just my thought.

I could not get my voice to work or read the way version 12 did.
This is probably due to my lack of computer skills.
I like the original eloquence voice and could not find this when I went to
13.
The voices in 13 mis-read many words.
So, I went back to 12.
