Hello Julie, In Word, use CTRL+page down to find the next occurrence of a word that has been found. Use CTRL+PageUp to move to a previous occurrence of a word that has been found. The F3 and shift+f3 are not used in Microsoft Word for finding the next or previous occurrences of search strings.
Take care. What am I doing incorrectly? Thank you.
