Here are the steps to print address labels in MS Word 2007. 1. Select what type of label you want to use 2. Select if you want to do just one label or a whole page of labels 3. If it is just one label, type in the edit box for the address. Then, tab down until you hear Print. Once in the print dialog box, select what type of printer to use and hit Ok. 4. If you are doing more than one label, tab over until you hear Create. It will create a new document with the template to enter the addresses. To enter new addresses, hit tab after entering an address. 5. When you are done entering the addresses, hit CTRL+P to go into the Print dialog box. Select the printer and hit Ok.
