I am typing the group name in the "to" field. But, in reviewing the list of names I noticed some names and email addresses get repeated twice. For example, it will say and show flor jones [email protected] twice. Other names and addresses will show and be spoken only once. Why this happens I am not sure. I am going to delete the group and put the names back under a different group list name and see what happens.

Or, in what field are you typing the groupname? Some ISP's will not allow messages to be sent BCC unless they also have an address in the To: field. ----- Original Message ----- From: "leonard morris" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, December 31, 2011 8:37 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] error message in outlook 2007 > Last week I discussed an error message I got using outlook 2007 when I > tried > to send an attachment to my distribution group list.
