I am typing the group name in the "to" field. But, in reviewing the list of
names I noticed some names and email addresses get repeated twice. For
example, it will say and show flor jones [email protected] twice. Other names and
addresses will show and be spoken only once. Why this happens I am not
sure. I am going to delete the group and put the names back under a
different group list name and see what happens.

Could one of the addresses in your distribution group have a
typographical error? Or, in what field are you typing the groupname?
Some ISP's will not allow messages to be sent BCC unless they also have
an address in the To: field.
