One way would be to use the underline across the page. I don't know what
else might be suggested though.

I have a really quick question on Word2010. If I wanted to put a thin
horizontal line across a document to separate two sections how would Igo
about doing that? I am creating a resume for my professional writing
class and I want to separate the part with my name and such from the
rest of the document.
