I want to protect a document in Ms word 2007 but when I get to the correct
ribbon area I get a lot of choices but I don't see where to input the
password. Are there shortcut keys to perform this task better? In fact
somebody sent a reply with very user friendly instructions about a month
ago. I was able to protect the document. Now, I want to protect another
document but I didn't save the information because it was so easy I thought
I would not forget it. How wrong I was! (smile.) I remember that the
instructions started with the f12 key where   you input the name but from
there I am at a loss.
