 if you go to (this is on an XP computer):
 C:\Documents and Settings\[UserAccountName]\Application
 Data\Microsoft\Templates\
 and retrieve the "Normal.dot" file from the computer that's got all the
 settings, then paste that into the same spot on the other computer
replacing
the one that is there, you should have most if not all your settings back.
