It won't work with regular folders, and of course, you can't delete things
that come with OE like InBox, SentItems, etc. But, trust me, it definitely
works on other Outlook Express folders.

That is a good practice. But, it isn't necessary in Outlook Express. You
can delete a folder, even if it contains messages.
