All, I have noted this issue with Freedom Scientific and I got a call from them on Friday and they confirmed that this is indeed an issue that many of us are experiencing. is the window maximized? also, I don't know that much about MS outlook, but I was under the impression that one could select one of a few applications in which to open and read the messages? are all discussing this using the same application?
