All, I have noted this issue with Freedom Scientific and I got a call from
them on Friday and they confirmed that this is indeed an issue that many of
us are experiencing.  They are working to solve this problem or issue.

is the window maximized?

also, I don't know that much about MS outlook, but I was under the
impression that one could select one of a few applications in which to open
and read the messages?

are all discussing this using the same application?
