If you are using a later version of internet Explorer, you are allowed
to have more than one home page. In this context each page is known as a
tab, thus, if you have enabled tabbed browsing - the default, i
believe - you will or may have many home tabs (thus, a multi-tabbed home
page). Press ctrl with one of the numbers 1-8 to see if you have more
than one page listed on your home page. when you want to add a new page,
type in its full address, perhapps at the top of the edit field in that
dialogue, , or make a new line then type it in. OK your change when
you're satisfied.

I go into control panel and tap I until I get internet options and
enter
Then the first thing on the general page is home page so type in the
web
address you desire then tab until you get to okay and accept it!
