Mike thanks for the suggestion but I just got off the phone with Freedomscientific and a tech ran a repair and worked on the computer for sometime and couldn't fix the problem. I have had lots of problems with this computer since I have had it. And it is about 10 months old. I live in Central Fla. And had a lightening strike that took out TV sets, phones etc and I believe it also damaged the computer. This is the 2nd time that Freedomscientific has told me that this computer should be junked. I guess I'll have to do some thinking.
