HAVE YOU TRIED A SYSTEM RESTORE?

TO AN EARLIER DATE BEFORE THIS BEHAVIOR OCCURRED?

Mike thanks for the suggestion but I just got off the phone with
Freedomscientific and a tech ran a repair and worked on the computer for
sometime and couldn't fix the problem.  I have had lots of problems with
this computer since I have had it. And it is about 10 months old.  I live in
Central Fla. And had a lightening strike that took out TV sets, phones etc
and I believe it also damaged the computer.  This is the 2nd time that
Freedomscientific has told me that this computer should be junked.
I guess I'll have to do some thinking.

Hi Fred,

I'm not sure, but have you by any chance gone full screen? Try tapping the
F11 key once to see if the menus come back.  Also, does Outlook
2010 run exclusively with ribbons?  Take care.
