Hi Donna, The keystroke you are looking for is, Insert, Windows Key, + F4. This key is used to shut Jaws down when the normal keystroke, Insert, F4 + Enter, does not work. That keystroke is supposed to completely (and very quickly) kill JAWS and simultaneously create a debug file dump for analysis purposes. Also, don't try to use this keystroke when you have Keyboard Help turned on! For whatever reason this keystroke is not in Keyboard Help & if invoked, you will shut Jaws down!
