Do you have the message open or not? and what exact key strokes do you use.

hmm. I pressed the context key, it gave me move email to folder... or the
next one said, copy to folder... I entered on the move one and a list of my
folders was there. I escaped because I didn't want to move you any place,lol

Well I lost your first message. the control shift y gave the move option It
said container 3. control y did nothing. I entered the first letter of the
folder where I want to place it and Now I have no idea where it is. I looked
through all of my folders and it vanished.

another way if moving to somewhere else besides within your email client is,
pressing alt F, to save it to another location.

I am using the latest jaws, win 7 home. I have an email that I want to move
to another folder. When I get to move only container 3 is read. How do I
select the correct folder?
