If using windows live mail, press the application key and arrow down to move and enter. There, you will see the list of folders you have. Enter one the one you want and tab to okay.

first letter of the folder name and enter it will be moved to that folder.
if you don't know the name of the folder, press control Y to up/down arrow

to another folder. When I get to move only container 3 is read. How do I
