Hello there; Regarding your folders; Perhaps you should create the folders from the personal folders. If you create them in the inbox, or where ever, They won't show up wen you do a ctrl+y, Or, ctrl+shift+v,
I create the new folders on the same level. So to create a new folder, 1, ctrl+shift+e=new folder, Type in the name of folder, 2, tab you will hear; Folder contains: Mail and Post Items 3, tab you will hear; Treeview, A name of a folder, However, You want to go to the top of the treeview, Maybe personal folders, For example mine is named, [email protected], Now tab and press ok. Now when you do a ctrl+y, For the folder list, you will see your newly created folder. Hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mike O'Brien Sent: Saturday, March 31, 2012 11:27 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Office 2010 and JAWS Hi Control+shift+v should bring up a list of the main folders in your Control+shift+Outlook file. As you arrow down the folders, if you hear closed after the folder name, press right arrow to open it and the sub-folders will show. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Lynn Golightly Sent: Saturday, March 31, 2012 10:23 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Office 2010 and JAWS Hi. I did that also. In 2007 the folders I created were sometimes hidden; think they were in the outbox and I had to right arrow at a certain point to get them. They do not seem to be there and hope I am just doing something stupid or omitting something and that the IT guys did not forget to import them---about ten years worth of work. Thanks. In order to move an e-mail message with control-shift v, you have to be in the mailbox, not the message. New folders are under the inbox. So control-y to inbox, I think tab once, then down arrow to the sub-folders. You can reach the BCC button only from a new-mail screen--new message, reply, or forward. it is under options on the upper ribbon, reached with alt-p. Good luck!
