Hi Melissa, Those settings are not necessarily correct in all cases. I have A T&T U-Verse service, and here are my settings for Outlook Express: My incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Incoming mail (POP3): pop.att.yahoo.com Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.att.yahoo.com
My server requires authentication checkbox checked. Server Port Numbers Outgoing mail (SMTP): 465 This server requires a secure connection (SSL) checkbox checked Incoming mail (POP3): 995 This server requires a secure connection (SSL) checkbox checked Also, if the customer is using an e-mail address other than one issued by A T&T, it will have to be verified with them before mail can be sent using that address.
