Hi David,

I have access to XP but, does Windows7 have a clipboard or something similar
to it? If it does not then, it it makes me a little queasy to add something
to it from an older operating system. Well, what the hell, I've done
crazier things before! I'll give it a try. Take care.
Mike

  Mike;
This won't work for those who are using jarte for example.
One thing that may work is?
If one has an XP machine,
  Go into the windows/system32 folder,
  Look for the file,
  Clipbrd.exe,
Now, you could paste to a flash drive,
  Take it to windows 7,
And paste into the same folder.
I'm thinking this would work, then you could create a shortcut, etc.

  Hi All,

It was mentioned the other day that the clipboard couldn't be accessed by
typing, clipbrd, into the run dialogue box. If you type the word,

  clip

into the search box, Microsoft Clip Organizer should come up. Now, I
can't
say this with 100% surety, because I have Microsoft Office 2010 installed
&
the Clip Organizer seems to be part of Microsoft Office.

If you have MS Office 2010 installed, do the following to get to, & or
make
a shortcut; 1. Go to the start menu, & get into All Programs.
  2. Find Microsoft Office sub-menu, press enter.
  3. Press enter on Microsoft Office Tools.
  4. Arrow down to Microsoft Clip Organizer. If you want to open / view it,
press enter. If you would like to create a shortcut , with the MS Clip
Organizer highlighted, press the context menu key, & you can down arrow
through the list to find the option for making a shortcut.

  Hope this helps. Take care.
  Mike
