Hello Karen, If your message is opened and you are using the ribbon interface, you can press the Alt key followed by using left arrow key one time to the File tab. Use down arrow to the Info tab and then use tab key four times to the Properties button. Press spacebar to open the properties sheet. You can then tab to the information you want.
If your message is not open you can use Alt+enter key on the message to get some properties such as when the message was sent, its location, if receipts were requested, etc., but those properties do not show the Internet headers.
