Okay Karen; Let's try this again, 1, from the inbox, Press alt+f Up-arrow and enter on, Options.
2, now press the letter "q"=quick access tool bar. 3, now tab one time, You will see, choose commands from, You need to down arrow and choose, All commands, 4, Now tab and press the letter "m" until you hear; Message options, 5, Now tab and check the box, Show quick access toolbar, 6, Now tab enter on add, 7, Now tab okay press enter. The next thing is; Alt+h=home, If you down arrow twice you should hear; Undo; Now if you right arrow until you hear; Customize tool bar, Press enter. Now, down arrow, if you see, Undo is checked, Press the enter key to uncheck. Now, if you do, alt+h=home, Down arrow twice, you should see, message options. Brian's way is easier! David, I got through the quick steps part but, the next part didn't work for me. With a message highlighted, I hit alt+H and down arrowed. I get "new, delete, respond, quick steps,move" etc. I can't find "undo unavailable". Am I missing something?
