[JAWS-Users] java updater

I would like to disable Java updater. Java indicates I can do this 
within the java control panel which is located under Java in windows 
seven control panel. However, this part of the program doesn't appear to 
be accessible using Jaws v13. Does anybody have away to disable Java 
from wanting to update all the time?
