Kind of. Open iTunes. Hit control-coma for general preferences. Check the checkbox for Apps. Hit Ok. Refresh iTunes. You should then see Apps. If you shift-tab, there is a searchbox where you can search for an app. If you tab forward instead, you will see a list of all the apps, use first-letter navigation, find the one(s) you want to delete. You can delete them, and either save them in your Mobile Apps folder, or in the recycle bin only. NOTE: If you update an app directly on your iPhone, its a good idea to keep the older version around. That way, if the newer version has some accessibility issues, you can delete it from your iPhone and restore the older app from your mobile library on your computer. Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
