If you have Open Book or Kurzweil you can send the file to the printer then select the appropriate one and the image file is converted. Jaws OCR is best used just to get a look at what it is so you know if you want to proceed further with a conversion process. It is not meant to read long documents. For that you really need some kind of scanning program that will convert image files to text.
