yes, it matters infar as you will need a 64-bit version of JAWS to work on the 64-bit version of Windows. You will find that either via the JAWS13 DVD or you will need to upgrade to the 64-bit.exe version on the Wedb. the JAWS installation from the DVD automatically detects which version - 64-bit or 32-bit - is required.
