Yes, you need to download the corresponding version of Jaws.  In other 
words, if you get a 64-bit version of Windows, just go download the 64-bit 
versiion of Jaws from the website.

Because Jaws is so embedded with the operating system, you can't run the 
32-bit version on a 64-bit machine as you can with other simpler programs.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
