Hit Enter on the Change Time Zone button in the Date and Time Control
Panel.  Make sure it has the correct time zone selected and if you
switch back and forth to Daylight Savings Time where you are, make sure
the "Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time" checkbox is checked.
