Hello there; 3 ways to approach maximizing the screen; While in outlook2010.
1, alt+spacebar then the letter "x", or up arrow and enter on maximize, The second way is, Windows+up arrow, The third way is, Find your outlook icon, Go into properties, Now tab to, Run combo box, Arrow to maximize, Now tab okay. Now when you run outlook the screen should always be maximized. Actually there's one more solution, Use the program called auto sizer.
