Hi. Just to add to the previous comments on this thread. If your computer is 64 bit you will want the 64 bit version of jaws. Otherwise you will need 32 bit.

If you are already pro it will know and down load pro but if you are up grading to pro, you need to speak to them that is more of a cost than the standard Jaws.. Your key in place will know and let you know when you install. For me I just down load what Jaws I want and then place in my Freedom Scientific Folder and run from there. I keep only two copies of Jaws.. to which too is where I run my repairs from too.
