Yes I'm doing the shift control D when I go into the setting center.

Are you doing a ctrl+shift+d=delete,
Then the change will be globally for every program.

Hello all, I use windows 7 and Jaws 13 and I’m trying to find how to keep my
keyboard echo set to carrectors and words. I have it set that way in the
settings center but for some reason it just won’t hold. Could someone please
help me with this.
