Hi Alan, Try going into the Settings Center, default all applications, Graphics & Symbols, Graphic Verboscity, press the spacebar until Jaws reports Labeled, & press enter to save the changes & close. Or, while in an application Press Insert + V, for Jaws options, go to Graphics, press the spacebar until Jaws reports Labeled, & press enter. Hope this helps. Take care.
