Hi Sherri, Try the following; 1. Press the Windows key to bring up the start menu & then press the escape key so you are on the start button. 2. Press Alt + enter to open the Task Bar & Start Menu properties & tab to, notification Hide inactive icons. You can also press Alt + H to get here. This box needs to be checked. 3. Tab 1 time to, Customize... & press the spacebar to open. 4. You are now in a list of system tray Icons. Arrow down the list until you get to an Icon you want to have showing. When you get to 1 you are interested in, right arrow, and you will be in a drop down that offers three choices: Hide when Inactive, Never Show, and Always show. Select Always Show, and left arrow 1 time to get back into the list of Icons. Repeat this procedure until you have changed all the Icons you are interested in changing. 5. Press Enter twice, to save your changes, and exit. Now, repeat steps 1 & 2. You want to uncheck the, notification Hide inactive icons, checkbox, tab to apply, press spacebar, tab to okay , press enter to save the change & close. Hope this helped. Take care.
