My crazy problem is that after pressing the Alt N, Tabbing or arrowing down
or using the Applications key, gets me to the Save button.
How do you get to the Save?

Of course you can download items through IE9. Alt+n will bring up the
open/save/cancel dialog. From there, you can use the split buttons to
save,
open or whatever.

To download you may wish to try the right mouse button on the keyboard
and
move down to save target as.
That sometimes works.

I hate it! It's not a good version at all! I much prefer I E 8. I can't
download single thing properly from I E 9.
