What I mean, is that, nothing I have tried in the last 3 weeks has worked.
It used to work, but now does not.
I haven't changed anything on my computer, that can acount for the change.

What do you mean? Just hit that. If you want save as on the other hand,
right arrow I think. Don't quote me on that just yet since I haven't done
it
in a bit so don't feel to sure.

My crazy problem is that after pressing the Alt N, Tabbing or arrowing
down
or using the Applications key, gets me to the Save button.
How do you get to the Save?

Of course you can download items through IE9. Alt+n will bring up the
open/save/cancel dialog. From there, you can use the split buttons to
save, open or whatever.

To download you may wish to try the right mouse button on the
keyboard and move down to save target as.
That sometimes works.

I hate it! It's not a good version at all! I much prefer I E 8. I
can't download single thing properly from I E 9.
