hmmm, have either of you repaired your jaws? usually such troubles are in a corruption of jaws installs, either by a goofed up install file or by cold kills, shutting the computer off or unplugging it without shutting down your windows as normal.
although the process is a little more complex than it used to be in 13, the benefits of a repair are still there. I am on 8 lists and few talk of these kinds of troubles with there jaws 13, so its not the version per say, but something in your setup/installs that is off on you.
