Hi If your JAWS is set to the Laptop keyboard settings, the CAPS lock key is the JAWSkey. If you press it once, it does JAWS functions the same as the insert key. If you press it twice quickly, it toggles the state of the CAPS lock. To check your keyboard layout, go to the JAWS window or Menu, choose options and then basics. Tab until it says keyboard layout. If you want to change it, arrow up and down to the keyboard layout you want. Tab to OK and press enter.
