[JAWS-Users] 2010 excel sheet

Hey Gang,
I'm working in a 2010 spread sheet, and I want to change the dollar sign, so 
it would read5dollars and 15 cents.
Where is that in the ribbons?
In 2003 menu it is in
format then cells
