jerry, you could try using the older pc cursor (insert plus z to toggle it off and on) then tabbing through the site, Hadley usually does a good job of monitoring there sites, you could also try installing Firefox web browser and try it with it instead of trying to operate a new screen reader, that can be a real heavy duty headache for some folks.
the third option is using the invisible cursor (jaws cursor key twice fast) and/or the jaws cursor to get to the buttons, the only thing I can think of in your arrangement that could be causing this would be the use of I.E.9, I have had only a couple troubles and not this with it, but it may not play as well with vista and/or j-11 as it does with windows 7 and J13 HTH, inthane -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jerry Martin Sent: Monday, October 15, 2012 7:33 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Buttons on a Website Angela: Is it as user friendly as JAWS is, as that is the only screen reader I am familiar with.
