Hi On the few occasions I have experienced JAWS 14 freezing in Outlook 2010, I can work around it by pressing alt+tab to switch to another application, wait a second for JAWS to start speaking and then alt+tab back to Outlook. Of course, you need another application or folder running for this to work.
