It's all good now. I just did some things with the reading pane and
navigation pane and all is well.
For some reason those settings were all messed up and were changed. Nevewr
mind, the important thing is that its fixed.
At least it wasn't a jfw thing and more of an opporator issue lol.

Press insert V for quick setting center. Go to the reading section, there
are options there on how messages are read, I think I turned off the info
bar so I am not hearing the type of message it is, anyway, the info bar is
turned off in my settings, read messages automatically is turned on, link
count is turned off and I think those are the changes I made for a smoother
Outlook 2010.

I am not having any of the lockup issues others have mentioned here, only
problems I had were in the first beta with the buffering. All fixed now.

I encounter a lot of freezing when I am navigating, but after switching to
13, I'm good.

Onestly, I'm using it with pretty much it's defaults. It's working very
nice. However, others might haver ideas on how to make it even better.

I've contacted fs but I wanted to write here and ask if anyone made any
setting changes with outlook for better performance.

I am still waiting to hear back from fs so, if someone made any changes for
their settings with outlook 2010 are they willing to share?
