It's all good now. I just did some things with the reading pane and navigation pane and all is well. For some reason those settings were all messed up and were changed. Nevewr mind, the important thing is that its fixed. Press insert V for quick setting center. Go to the reading section, there are options there on how messages are read, I think I turned off the info bar so I am not hearing the type of message it is, anyway, the info bar is turned off in my settings, read messages automatically is turned on, link count is turned off and I think those are the changes I made for a smoother Outlook 2010. I am not having any of the lockup issues others have mentioned here, only problems I had were in the first beta with the buffering. All fixed now.
