So the steps I follow are; 1, while in outlook, Press alt+f=file,
2, t=options, 3, a=advanced, 4, now tab and enter on export button, 5, up arrow enter on, Export to a file 6, now down arrow and enter on, Outlook Data File (.pst) 7, now I up arrow until I'm at the top level, For example, I hear; [email protected] opened, now I tab make sure the Include subfolders is checked, Now tab enter on next.
