So the steps I follow are;

1, while in outlook,
Press alt+f=file,

2, t=options,

3, a=advanced,

4, now tab and enter on export button,

5, up arrow enter on,
Export to a file

6, now down arrow and enter on,
Outlook Data File (.pst)

7, now I up arrow until I'm at the top level, For example, I hear;
[email protected] opened, now I tab make sure the Include
subfolders is checked, Now tab enter on next.
Hopefully this will get you pointed in the right direction.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Backing up emails in Outlook2010

Hello all,
What is a good way to backup my emails in Outlook 2010? I am using JAWS
14 on a Windows 7 laptop.

Thanks,
Greg W.
