Hello Donnie,

If you are using Windows 7 you can use the Windows start menu search box to
launch the various versions of JAWS. At least, the following works on my
system so you might give it a try.

1. Press the Windows key to brin up the Windows start menu search box.
2. Type the word JAWS and press enter key to launch the latest version of
JAWS installed on your system. Be sure not to leave spaces before or after
the word JAWS.
3. Wait a couple or few seconds and the latest installed version of JAWS
should start.

Try the following to launch the version of JAWS installed on your system
before the latest version:

1. Press Windows key to bring up the Windows 7 start menu search box.
2. Type JAWS into the search box and wait a second. Be sure not to leave
any spaces.
3. Use down arrow key one time and press enter key.
4. Wait a couple or few seconds and the version of JAWS installed on your
system before the latest version should start.

After you type the word JAWS into the search box, each time you use down
arrow you move to an earlier installed version of JAWS and pressing enter
key will launch it. Of course, you need to know how many versions of JAWS
are installed so that you don't use down arrow key past the choices that
launch the program.

Again, the above works on my system. To launch the most current version of
JAWS I simply type JAWS into the Windows start menu search box and press
enter key.

I hope this works for you.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 14 hotKey Not Working

For some reason I cannot get my JAWS 14 hot key to work. I have tried
resetting it and still every time I have to unload JAWS and turn it back on,
it doesn't do anything. I have even tried typing JAWS 14 into the search
edit box on my windows and it still will not bring JAWS back up. The only
way I can get it to work again is to restart my computer. Is anyone else
having this problem? If so, what is the solution.
