I'm wondering why someone would want to do this as many times you
cannot access the portion of the web page where this announcement is
made unless you use this feature? I just went through this with my
Credit Union site and using the mouse over command is the only way I
could get access to certain parts of the page.

hello if you want to turn off the mouseover,
1, open IE,

2, insert+6 on the numbers row,
this opens up the IE jaws settings center,

3, now in the search edit box type in;
element,
this should find one result,
now down arrow the default is checked,
press the spacebar to uncheck,
now tab okay press enter.
