I do not think it has anything to do with amount of RAM. I think that it has to do with some aspect of the interaction between JAWS and Outlook. For me, it doesn't happen often, and the occurrence seems to be random, when opening up a message. I am not sure if the size of the message, or the client that was used to send the message has anything to do with it.

If not, I hope that some of you report it also. FS Tech support tells me that they can't reproduce it and will not escalate it. At random times, outlook 2010 will stop responding. When this happends, jaws stops speeking and will not allow me to do anything. The only way to get things working again, I have to kill jaws using the dump command and reload. Sometimes, I even have to restart the system to get it Jaws working right. Has anyone had this issue?
