[JAWS-Users] thunderbird portable

I was reading a message from someone on another list and at the bottom 
it says "sent using Thunderbird 16 portable." I am using Thunderbird 
v17. In the about section under help it doesn't say portable. What's the 
difference between the two versions? Also is the portable version easier 
to use with Jaws 13?
