For some reason I can not lay down the end marker where I want it to be. I
stripped everything at the beginning of the file to where I want to start.
When I locate the ending point and try to lay down the ending marker it put it
at the end of the file about an hour past where I want.I can not figure out
what I am doing incorrect.
