I have the same issue, with the touchpad driving me crazy as it gets in the way when I am typing. A means of using FN F5 to switch it on and off would be great, as I have sighted family who use my DELL 1537 laptop with the touchpad, as well as myself, hopefully, without it. When they wish to use it, it is a simple question then of a keystroke in order to enable it. Merry Christmas to all on the list. Charlie. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kimsan Sent: 24 December 2012 01:52 To: JawsUsers Subject: [JAWS-Users] follow up to dell touchpad Hi, So, I went to the dell site, downloaded something under the input category and now I can do the fn plus f5 to mute and unmute my touchpad woohoo! Now, next, all I need to do is figure out why my internet connection keeps dropping on this machine. Thanks to everyone for their patience and for those who took the time to read and respond. I will overcome this! Lol.
