Deleting the M3U file which my guess was the data file didn't work. On the
other hand deleting the INI file and then opening it back up running through
the setup process fixed the beast. I offer my thanks.

Hi, David,
I Have the same from time to time do to the heavy load on winamp, in the
past use to re install it to fix, but found that removing Winamp's user data
file from:
"C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Winamp\
if u like to delete the ini file only it may work but it resets it to the
defaults, as a fresh installation

And much better than a New re install
Note : this trick works with all the apps, that stors it data in the above
directory Best, regards.
