I have noticed that some links will not open at all, and this happens on many
websites of late. I may not have my HTML or some other setting set right, but
even trying to do a shift enter, which works sometimes because some links open
in a new browser window, doesn't help. This is Jaws 14 so not sure if it's a
Jaws 14 thing or something in my configuration settings. I also get the
message on some pages that tell me to upgrade I.E. but I refuse to use 9
because a lot of people have had trouble navigating or downloading using 9.
Are some links configured in some way to where Jaws can't line up with the link
and open? I can switch to another version to see if the problem persists but
wanted to ask first if anyone has seen kind of a frequent thing with websites
where links just won't open. And it's not the whole site, just to be clear.
It's just certain links on the sites, which leads me to believe there's
something about the link itself that makes it impossible to open. Do I have to
put it back to mouse-over setting in HTML? I have it not to speak that but
should it be put back, as some links have something to do with something
mouse-over related? Which I don't really know the meaning of but just puzzled
about this whole thing.

Hope someone can help.

Joanne
