its a jaws 14 thing, and Eric? can you submit it? I'm using j13 with ie.7 on
2 computers and i.e. 9 on one and have no such troubles except for that "one
letter off" thing in outlook with jaws 13 and I've herd... stress the herd I
don't know it for a fact, jaws 14

and folks, even if you have reported it, do so until they reply even if its
just a "were looking into it" note that's not automated, I do and have not
even gotten a rude statement thrown at me for it, in fact I got thanked once
for making sure they knew about a problem!

the folks there really are not as bad as some would make them out to be!

I disagree with some things there doing, and a few other issues, but I just
paid my new SMA, I don't want to use second best, or third, and NVDA
although its come a long long way, is not equal yet, and has a lot to go
before it is.

thanks all,
inthaneelf

An alternative is to use Firefox, where html5 is better understood than
in IE.
In Internet Explorer, you could try turning off the virtual cursor with
Insert+z, then find
the link and press enter on it. Then Toggle the virtual cursor on again
with insert+z to resume normal operation.
